Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We allow cancellations before items are shipped. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if there is an error in the address?

In the event of a change of address, it is best to send us a message as soon as possible, for example by responding to the order confirmation. We will correct the address if possible. Otherwise, we normally get the package back from the delivery person and send a new package to the correct address.

Why is my order canceled?

If it is out of stock or other reasons for temporarily unable to deliver, we will contact you in time and will not cancel your order without authorization. In the event that your order was suddenly cancelled, odds are that our fraud analysis marked your request as fraudulent. If you are certain that is not true, if it's not too much trouble, please order again.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow us 1-3 business days for processing and 3 - 10 business days delivery. We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You can enter the "Order Track" on the home page to check the logistic.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.
